On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being extremely dissatisfied, 10 being extremely satisfied), how happy are you with your current service and repair providers? and why?

Also, what areas do you feel need improvement?

Very satisfied with the service and repair that happens in my own workshop, most of the time!

I smell commercial-enterprise with a post like this. Is this a backhanded advertisement, or is it going to lead to one in the future? Who are you?

Just getting a feel for the market. Not a commercial enterprise as of now, nor am I an affiliate.
