Adrian is buried and I'd like to ride the NT700v this week as I'm also waiting for some risers and brake line extensions for the Wee to be put on.

Back is killing me without them and I have a couple of long rides planned over the fall.
 
Canadian Tire does them if m/c mechanic is on duty. As an example, I've had 2 done at CTC Dundas On. very reasonably priced. Foneahead.
 
Cool .....never even considered it. Will call. Do I trust a car mechanic for the ride portion of the safety or don't they do that?

They only do bikes if a motorcycle rider is a licensed tech at that facility.
 
Please be advised that if older tech checks your front pads he may lever himself from the prone position back upright using your fender as an anchor point. Thank god most plastics have have resilience, ductility and memory.
 
Ready Powersports can do sameday safety, just drop the bike off in the morning and they'll get it done by end of day. No appointment needed, just show up.

For future reference. The Canadian tire in oakville at 1100 kerr street can do safeties. Fairly cheap from what I remember. Maybe 60?
 
Go to Ted @ Rosey Toes. Great guy but definitely a character. He does in on the spot, assuming there are no issues with your motorcycle.
