I hope that none of you got stuck behind that idiot van driver who was doing a delivery on Bond and blocked in about 8 bikes while doing it.

do you have to come up from dundas or can you go in from gould?

It's a pay & display parking zone, so motorcycles can park there free (for now). Best not to be the one closest to the corner though, as you can still get a ticket for parking too close to an intersection. On that day the access to GOuld was completely blocked, though, so a ticket was unlikely. You have to come up to it from Dundas, because Gould is now for pedestrian use only between the loading dock for AMC and Bond.

Meh... I had to pass by... Still just took the alley from Gerrard and parked next to the Library building just like any other day 5 years ago... Meter maids don't come looking for us now, may as well take advantage.

I know 2 dozen bikes park on bond st, by the time I arrive at school most of the spots are taken. I decided to park a car length apart to make room for any late coming bikes. When I returned from class somebody ****ing moved my bike to park their car!

All I ask is that you spread out the parking so late coming motos can park without worrying about cagers moving our bikes or worst back into them.

Steering lock, man, steering lock!

I would be into some RU themed moto fun, maybe see about encouraging moto commuting

Sadly the drz does have a steering lock at the ignition.

Yesterday I a scooter on bond st. Crazy it was -20, I could barely walk across campus.

Walking across campus, multiple times a day, is part of my job description. Fortunately (?) I've been out sick the last couple of days.

2-3 year occupational health and safety student here

4th year Comp Eng here.

Too bad I will miss any sort of club. There are plenty riders to get one going that's for sure.

I to have been seeing scooters. I'm not even that brave in this cold weather. One thing I don't get is the guys who park between two cars.. are they not worried about the car hitting them? I've seen cars effectively boxed in by bikes...

4th year Comp Science here lol I'm at York tho =(

For parking in bw the cars, as long as you park behind a car with preferably the rear view cam, or at least sensors, then odds are that the bike will be fine =)
