Rumour has it that Xbox won't allow used games, it effectively kills the rental market too.

Incompatible drives? I thought they were going to add a blu-ray player to the new unit, whereas the old Xbox has (had?) a Toshiba HD-DVD unit.

The HD-DVD drive is a standalone unit that plug into the 360 via USB.
