Ruling on riding without fairings

So what's the verdict, would I be able to ride my babe without a couple of my fairings on?

(Got a checkered past with the boys in blue, don't want to give anyone a reason to stop me really.... :\ )

No. you shouldn't have any problem.

Unless there are portrusions that would possible cause damage or injury to someone you would be OK legally. However if you want to go unnoticed having a look that is as stock as possible would be adviseable.

Yes, as long as all the lights, reflectors, and mudguards are present it shouldn't be an issue. It might still attract undue attention from police, however, so you want to avoid "Do you want fries with that?" style infractions (mudguards, aftermarket exhaust, etc.).
