Routes to ride

Brand new rider in the Mississauga area looking for some nice routes to ride to get some practice and build some confidence, not looking for any real high traffic areas right away
Any suggestions would be great

How about Mississauga Rd? Take it from Lakeshore as far north as you want. Easy speed limit, not a lot of traffic, a few gentle curves here and there and good pavement for the most part.
 
I don't know your area. When I first started I rode around my neighbourhood and then gradually moved onto roads with more and more traffic.

The one thing that I found by accident that helped was I pulled into traffic behind another bike. Riding behind the other rider help me get a feel for how high I should be setting my revs.

Keep an eye on the rides section, once the warm weather comes back there will be rides that will welcome new riders. Enjoy!
