Maybe the dude crashed a stolen bike and stole some good samaritan's bike who stopped to see how he was....

i was round that area 430-5 going up yonge... then i hit some crappy surface and uturned, found a tims down the street, then got some gas.

that wouldve been the worst slowest bike chase if he jacked my 125 lol
