Riding with asthma

I have pretty bad asthma and it really can interfere with my riding. Does anyone know of some kind of face mask or whatever that I could wear that would cut down on the crap that I breathe in? Maybe there's something in the cycling world?

Start by getting a full face helmet and make sure to put a skirt on it. The suggestion above is also pretty good
