I feel that would fog up horribly. Make it a little narrower and it would be a good commuter. Even has some lower limb protection when some knob bumps into you in traffic.

How long do you think you get get away with stealing power from streetcar lines by installing a pantograph? Smallish battery to let you move without being connected and then full-speed ahead when you have 600V DC available.

Same ... I actually had 1 of those devices as a kid - can't recall what it was called now but it sure wasn't a pantograph.
