Who's going?

It's going to be my first track day, a little nervous but more excited than anything else.
Would like to know if anybody here is going that won't mind showing me the ropes.

Hope to meet some GTAM riders out there!

If I can get the day off, I will be there. Hoping to make this Thursday as well. Wont have room on the trailer though, sorry.

No worries, I think I'm just going to rent a U-Haul trailer and tow it with whatever truck I have on the lot.
It'll be more convenient that way for me.

Hope to see you there, look for the slowest guy in the green group on a red CBR and say hello!
 
I'll be there, will be tuning my suspension and bedding in new brake pads. RC always has several control riders available, but I'm happy to show you around the track too. #925, just come up and say hi!

Come say hi. RC will have control riders there. Or you can come as I take one of my kids and a friend arround in Green.

Got rid of my butterflies yesterday at Shannonville.

I'll be there as well. Leaving from Bowmanville and I've got trailer space for one more if you want. Red/White GSXR600 running Intermediate. Come by and say hello.
 
Mina - I'm planning on going, might make pro6 May 13 also. I owe you for the rear vortex switch, what colour gatorade do you like? RC is perfect for gettign your first trackday in, I understand the nerves but more than enough skilled riders to show you around at easy well run day

Looks like it's going to be raining that day, will the day still go on or do they typically postpone it?
 
wow, shannonville, tmp, and gbm are having TDs that thursday....tough choice...though GBM is thru racer5 instructional...wish those guys would still run normal tds.

It's all going to come down to the weather for me.
Shannonville will be pissing rain (so far) and Cayuga seems to be promising with a high of 17.
I'll make my mind up the day before.

weather forecast are rarely accurate until like 48hrs in.

They only run the school in the Green group, and not all in Green need to take the school. Yellow and Red are normal track day action. Always great days.
 
WHUT, are you srs...that's awesome news...so am I suppose to book through GB or racer5?
 
I've done a tonne of Racer5 days in the past few years. Unless they changed something for this year, which I highly doubt. Book through GBM website.
 
Same experiece as Dave. I did GB for the first time with while racer 5 was running a school last year. I was in green so you are able to pick up a few lines from racer5 and fly by the 125 on the straight no issues what so ever.
