GWS Rider. If convicted, won't be riding for quite some time, (unless it is riding dirty).

Beside the Impaired charges, He, (27 year old male), was also charged with Operate Motor Vehicle Improper licence. Which would indicate he didn't even have an M1.

Charged with improper licence, I don’t know what that’s about...maybe M1 with alcohol in the system? I know comments or views aren’t permitted in the fallen section but it’s important to show what happens when riding and alcohol are involved. First rider I ever saw killed had drink in him, will never forget that.
 
Hope the rider recovers...and learns his lesson.
