Rider down: EB401 near Hwy 6

I'm not the type to rubberneck, so I don't have a lot of information. Nothing on Google either.

Tonight (around 9pm) EB 401, maybe 200m west of exit #299, cop, smashed up cruiser and Honda Accord on the left shoulder. No ambulance or fire on the scene. All lanes were open. I didn't see a rider but like I said, I don't rubberneck.

Couldn't tell if the bike had been down even, looked like all was well, no ems on scene, also not one to rubber neck. If bike was involved hope rider was ok.
