Kinda sucks for whoever put the cash into cleaning it up ... but obviously whoever was trying to get it out of the country knew it was stolen, trying to cut their losses maybe
 
That bike would sell for a small fortune in Japan, good job by the customs guys for doing due diligence.
 
No mention of charges??

At least the owner still rides!
