Regulator/Stator/Wiring Fault..please help me diagnose!

I have an '06 GSXR 600 and bike left me stranded the other day. I previously replaced the Regulator/Rectifier late August when the same thing happened.
No hint of charge while starting and revving with a fully-charged battery just taken off of trickle charge.

Can someone please help me determine what needs to be replaced? I am not technically inclined when it comes to electrical work.

Get a voltmeter/multimeter. The voltage should read 14v when its above 3k rpms. If not, its probably the rectifier

edit: could be your stator if your rectifier is good

It does detail some testing procedures on pages 420-423 but you'll need a digital multimeter and possibly a friend with some electrical knowledge.
