Refresh heated grips w/o replacement

Looks like a good solution, but if someone wants to actually replace their grips because of a bad element, Oxford sells their grips separately from the controller. Some bikes use the same connector and are plug and play. Otherwise, it's easy enough to splice the OEM connectors from the old grips onto the new.
