Re-stuffing and seat.

Model/year of bike might help. See if Saddlemen make a seat for your bike, check riders discount on ebay for a great price.
 
I rebuilt the seat on my nighthawk. I bought 2 different densities of foam and make something that I liked. It was cheaper than a Corbin, but it took a lot of time. I think the foam was ~$30, I remade the cover at the same time, that was another $30 in material and 30 hours of sewing.

Wow! It probably took you about 40 hours for this project.
That's a lot of time.

I'd probably just buy a new seat cover instead of sewing it. Mine would look like crap lol

No one would make one to match the original. (I had prices of up to $300 and it still didn't have the detail in it).

There is a small based home company by my house in innisfil that does motorcycle seats, they seam to have a good reputation.
