That's why I hate when Re-Gear spams Kijiji. Hard to see private sellers' items in between all the crap they post. Especially if you do a east side search.
I've nothing but good things to say about the Re-Gear in Kingston. I went in with two practically new pairs of riding pants (that I'm unfortunately now too fat for) and they gave me a surprisingly good credit for. I ended up walking out with a new modular helmet and great pair of gloves for less than $100. I think they do a great service for new riders. I cost of getting into the sport has now become prohibitive, at least at Re-Gear you can get decent protective clothing to start off without breaking the bank.
