i don't understand why people choose to put themselves in a position closer to a vehicle that is apparently dangerous. time and again "they were weaving (or whatever), so i passed them"
see someone being an idiot? follow at safe distance, contact police; or take the next right.
Since you have no idea where it occurred and how I wouldn't give advice. It was dual turn lanes both stopping at a red light within 30 meters. Both vehicles stopping. I'm not stupid enough to physically argue with a hunk of steel projectile.
