Question about Suzuki Dealers

Hi all,

I received a letter from Suzuki Canada to inform me they are replacing the front brake master cylinder free of charge for my bike.

Now my question is, they asked me to make an appointment with a dealer. Which dealer can I bring my bike to? I am terrified of Suzuki of Newmarket because of all the horror stories I've heard about their service department. I used to go to Suzuki Hilcrest, they gave me an impression they're sloppy but they were closely where I lived, unfortunately they're closed now.

thanks in advance!

You can make an appointment at any suzuki dealer. Brampton powersports is one and their service dept is way better than son

I started the process with brampton powersports on May 3. They told me it would take 3 days to get the part.

1 week later they call me to inform me that the part is in, and then dropped the bomb, next available appointment was June 26. FACK

Dont waste time start the process now.

Seems dealers, (I deal with one in Lindsay who sells Can Am, Suzuki and one other brand), are having trouble this year getting mechanics. The dealership I deal with has been looking for about 4 months even with the other guys they have a 1" thick stack of work orders waiting to be done. They told me it would take "at least two weeks" just to mount tires on my bike. Tires are still setting there collecting dust. not giving up riding for two weeks.

Got the recall done on my 1000 a couple weeks ago at Asselstine's (just south of Mosport). Made the appt for two weeks in advance. They called within a week to confirm the part had arrived. Rode my bike up, bike was ready in 45min (just long enough for me to play in the showroom :) ). I've dealt with the same service dept a few times and always had excellent experiences.
