We recently purchased a used bike from a dealership in Quebec and are having it shipped to Ontario. Any advice or tips on dealing with Service Ontario to register the bike?

Have the dealer do it.
Did you check the status of the bike. Quebec can legally sell bikes that are branded. You would not be able to register it here.
If the dealership is asking you to do it, that is a red flag.
