Decided to go to royal this afternoon at 4:30. got on the 400SB at Dunlop. just got home now, 2 hours later.

If you're coming home from the cottage or thinking about jumping on the 400 SB anywhere thru Barrie, don't. By the time I got back on the NB to go home, it was backed up past Essa.

According to local news, it's open again. still no idea what was going on however.
