I was driving my car on Portage Road before it meets up with Niagara Parkway when going from Niagara Falls towards Niagara on the lake and a cruiser rider used hand signal to let me know that there is a cop ahead, helped me stay within speed limit.

Thanks!

This was my first time in that area and I noticed a lot of bikes on the Niagara Parkway, going to take my bike next time there for a ride.

Yep, that's one road you can't speed on, frequent speed traps. The other biggy is Thoroldstone road, NEVER speed there.

do not speen on the parkway between queenston and the falls. you WILL get dinged. also dont speen on thorold stone or lundy's you will also get dinged for sure.

It was always fun to see the sights from Ft Erie to the Falls in 5 - 6 minutes on said Prky, pushing the luck button of course. :D
Then - 'observe' the Butterfly overflow lot numerous times until enough is enough, and back to Ft Erie.
Haven't seen radar there in 10yrs......(naturally, I'm knocking on wood).

I've always lucked out too in the past, but I don't roll the dice there anymore.

Ditto....the last blast thru there was it for me. I'll never forget it.
Fun as..................well, I don't need to explain to you Mike.
Too easy to roll the dice, a stone's throw away in either casino.

How you liking the Busa? Been on Snake Rd with it yet :)

:dontknow: I thought that was a track?

The busa is great, no regrets, it really suits me. And yes, snake rd and I are friends now :D

Gary, do I have to remind you how you consistently handed my *** to me on the drag strip?

Back in the 80s the Niagara Parks Police had propane powered K-Cars. We used to slow down when they'd pull out after us on the Ft. Erie run to give them a sporting chance.

What type of numbers crunch out at 285kph?
I thought the sign in Ft Erie says: 38kms to the Falls.
