Thought I'd share a few photos from the Dragon:

The dragon's great, but I actually had more fun on the Kentucky and Ohio backroads while heading back up.

I'm just glad it wasn't in Michigan or New York... they share ticket data with Ontario and it goes on your driving record.
 
My buddy Jim got a ticket within 5 minutes of our first ride out, this year. We made it to the Huddle House, had breakfast and a couple minutes north on Sweetwater we passed a trooper doing about 62 (it's a 55 zone). Boom, he picks off the last guy in line (or four). I pulled over and waited around Stecoah... not stupid enough to go back. :D

The moral of this story: watch out on Sweetwater... the locals are tired of the straight-line throttle jockies flying down that road. I've been guilty in the past, and now I watch myself. Was warned by a NC cop on an 1199 Tricolor who I had a ... erhm ... contest of skill with.

What road is that exactly? Don't remember seeing it while i was down there a few weeks ago.
 
Sweetwater is North #143, take it out of Robbinsville North at the grocery store, it ends at HWY 28. Take it the other way and it becomes the Cherohala Skyway (eventually).
