Parts for 2011 and up CBR250r...oh yeah and 125's too!

There isn't much selection on this side of the pond for my CBR250r, so out of necessity (and tons of time to sit on a Go Train with nothing else better to do) I started searching elsewhere to find stuff for my bike.

Sure, ebay has items, but if you dig around, there are Japanese and Thai sites that offer lots of goodies and ship Internationally too. When asking prices, they have always quoted the price to me with shipping included. I've been on the hunt for frame sliders, lower and narrower seats, and lowering kits. Wanting to be an informed customer (and curious about pricing), I dug out as many sellers as I could find :).

Thought I would share some of the sites I have found from Google search, some of the CBR250r forums, and on Facebook:

http://www.faddybike.com/static/cbr150.htm (Yeah, it says 150...the site's a little archaic, but the 250 stuff is there!)

http://www.facebook.com/faddybike (better pics of the FaddyBike stuff)

http://www.endurance.co.jp/e/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1710&cPath=13_82 (These folks have a great selection, but English...not so good, lol ;).

If anyone has any others to add to the list, can ya add 'em in??

Sweet! Thanks for this. I've started looking at some items for the bike already!

Currently I'm debating b/w saddle bags/tail bag combo or a tank bag to start...and I think for the future I would love to change my bike to a VTR250 look!

LoL! Ya, the translations are funny as heck :D.

The endurance website has a seat that can "improve a sex with a leg". Lol

No probs. I've ordered the frame sliders (they say no cut, we will see..) and a tank pad from FaddyBike. Can't wait to get it!!!!

I got a quote from cheap parts Thailand for a honda tankbag/knapsack for $60 shipping included. But since lowering kit and frame sliders first, I decided to wait...but had to have a nice tank pad :).

Thanks for letting me know :). I am more interested in what can save the fairings if my bike takes a spill from being pushed over or falls over for some reason or other. Hopefully this will save some damage. Not a speed demon, not interested in track, $120 bucks invest to save replacing fairings...not that anyone really wants to see their bike go down :(.

no cut are great for body work, not so great for the frame.

Thanks for the info. My 250R is being delivered today. Frame sliders are first on the list. :D

Sweet thanks I'll look into it after I check out some I found on Kijiji...and let me know how it goes with the frame sliders as I want to buy those as well.

a bent frame can make a bike unridable, bodywork is cosmetic

as mentioned in the link they are frame sliders no bodywork sliders

Thanks for the link! Any info is appreciated :).

Not too many to choose from for the 250, but it's still a challenge trying to sort thru what is available, including those from Asia. Asia seems to have more choice, that's for sure. This, that, and blah blah blah...I've heard some issues with the Yoshimura not lining up properly, the Intuitive are super close to the engine...can't seem to win out on any of them, pros and cons with the whole lot. And on top of that I can't seem to find anyone that agrees, lol :D.

If you have seen anything decent that you personally would recommend specifically for my CBR250r, please by all means, I would love to hear about it :)!!!

don't have a cbr so haven't looked for accessories but definitely look in markets where the bike is already been selling for a while to find accessories

My sight got mention :)
Which site was that?? :)

I ordered lots of CBR250R parts from Bikers before: http://www.bikers.co.th/ Never any problems other than the bank always screwing up the conversion to BAT or whatever currency they use. I sure damn hope they accept paypal now :(
