Parking law in downtown TO

Still confused a bit ... Are motorcycles allowed free parking for this summer in downtown TO? To my understanding the license plate tech doesnt come into play until Fall 2015.

Please advise

Not sure, someone else will have to chime in. I don't think you can use a spot in a Green P parking lot, but on-street pay & display is still kosher.
 
LOL you guys are confusing me again. i guess my question is this...

If there is street parking in downtown where cars are required to pay for parking (during day), would a motorcyle be free ?

Yup its still free. Street green P parking is still free for motorcycles. I spoke to 2 dif parking officers and they said the same.
 
so all parking is free except for parking lots where you need to get a ticket to open the gates to the lot... Im new to all this... im seen motorcycles parked on sidewalks... Is this allowed?

You might be able to get away with it for a little while but it's not legal.
