Does anyone have instruction to remove the rear and front tire to plasti-dip?

remove off the bike or off the rim ?
you don't need to remove it off the rim, just peel it off once dry off the rubber, or mask it off with masking tape, or put those cards around the rim and tire and spray away....

^^ this. JohnnyP636, especially if you need colours like candy green, diablo red, etc.... the ones with the shiny specs in them.

If you are going to my blog - http://yamaha-fz750.blogspot.ca/ yes the bike is mine...
the bike is not powder coated, it's all painted by me, with a brush using POR15
the engine is spray painted by me as well
the rims are the only thing that I had powder coated
I got my rims back, and very happy with coating. It's a track bike so rims are nicked to **** but the job he did was great! I will post a pic when I figure out how to do that. I'm an idiot.
