actually, did you know its technically illegal to park more than 70 degrees to the curb? You can actually get a ticket for doing that. Why? stops people parking bikes in tight gaps between cars.
This does not seem to be enforced though, and allows us to park more bikes together. :)

I dont have a reference handy, but I am sure Rob or someone else could dig it up
