Condos/underground parking is not safe at all, my brother in law lives in etobicoke in a new condo , well 2 years ago he bought his first bike 2003 cbr600rr , and he owned it for 2 days, Rode it only once, second night, a white van pulled in right next to his spot and 3 guys came out and loaded the bike within 2 minutes. Did i mention he had a disc lock lol
The security cameras had so much dust on them that you couldnt even see the license plate on the video.
In most cases those underground parking lots are very dusty and the staff doesn't clean the cameras. Lucky he had theft insurance
