Oil change intervals when tracking and or racing

Hey all,Curious how frequently one should change their oil when attending trackdays or are racing.
 
Racing change it after every race. Heck if your actually competing you might just tear down your bike after every race just to be safe.

Track days you can go a couple with the same oil. I know people who change it after every track day though. Bouncing off the rev limiter and riding in the top of your rpm really wears out your oil
 
I change mine every 2nd trackday or race weekend. A race weekend counts as one trackday.

Filter gets changed every 2nd oil change.

except I have a bunch of filters now (thanks yamabucks) so it'll be oil and filter for the next year. Hopefully new bike for 2013
