NOKIA Drive for GPS

Has anyone used Nokia DRIVE for multi-point navigation?

The procurement wizzards at work are making us choose between HTC X8 or the hideous Nexus 4 for a mandatory upgrade. This means that I have to decide whether to move my mobile life from Android to Windows Phone 8. Kind of reluctant to move from my Gallaxy (having setup device cyncronization, Cygic for Moto GPS, etc...) but X8 user reviews are so much better than fedback on LG's Nexus...

Any (first hand) Windows Phone 8 feedback would be great too!

I had a Nokia N8 a few years ago. Phone sucked but the GPS on board (that didn't need data) was the best GPS I've ever seen on a phone. If Nokia's improved things since then, it's all good.

Did it have ability to create and save a multi-POI route?

NOKIA's user guide available onlibe stinks.

I don't think so. It was straightforward point A to point B guidance was all I ever used it for.

I have the Nokia 920. Felt much sturdier than the samsung.
Switching from a blackberry the phone was incredibly easy to get the hang of. I have used the navigation software and it is very good. Waypoints are easy to set. Haven't tried to save the routes though.

I've been using Nokia Lumina 920 for about 5 months. Very happy with it except for the battery life. I have to charge it daily as the large hi-res screen sucks up juice. As for navigation, I've used Nokia HERE Drive+ in my cage and on the bike. It's much better than the 5 year old built in Nav unit in the cage. Unfortunately I can't compare it to other GPS apps as I have not used any.

I believe you can download and install the Nokia app in any WP8 phone.
