Picked up a 2006 SV650. Wondering where in the GTA to buy a slip on exhaust. Thanks
You guys are harsh. Loud pipes save lives ya'know...
Give Tony from http://bluestreakracing.ca a call (his site sucks). Great prices, lots of selection. A slip on exhaust is super easy to install, do it yourself or with the help of a friend with tools. Sure. I suppose if you are blasting your noisemakers backwards behind you the passengers in vehicles to your rear will become aware of your presence. Of course vehicles approaching you from ahead or being overtaken by you that are still ahead won't hear you due to the directional nature of the pipe.
Yeah, no point in learning how to ride it well first, make it loud!
LOL ok take er easy. I'm taking the learning curves course this weekend, I wear all the gear, and yeah I'm learning. But hell cant I have a little fun with my new toy? I find with my cars that when I buy them I notice things right away that I want to do, however I just spent a whack on a car and think to putting the mods off. Then when I actually get around to it I kick myself in the *** because I didn't do it sooner. And I am inquiring on where do get parts etc, I can find you anything for an Audi and a fantastic mechanic in the GTA, but I have no clue when it comes to bike upgrades and mechanics.

Not judgmental, practical. A new rider is way more likely to drop a bike in the first few months, why mangle an expensive aftermarket pipe?
