New driving laws effective July 1, 2025

Law of unintended consequences. You put in stop signs to slow traffic and prevent accidents only to increase the number of rear-enders. Traffic flowing smoothly is a foreign concept to idiot councilors.

One of those problems can get you elected, the other can't.
 
In general, watch for signs. The limit can be 60 KPH one day and 50 the next. Arrows appear and disappear. Assume nothing.
