Need help importing rs250.

Has anyone been successfully imported a street legal rs250?

As i understand, its only possible to have street legal rs250 if you import one with a street legal title. You cant convert a non street legal after you import it.

Is this correct? Can someone with experience give me some pointers?
 
I understand that if it is not listed on. http://www.tc.gc.ca/motorvehiclesafety/safevehicles/importation/usa/vafus/list2/Section8_0.htm. Then it is classified as -inadmissible" unless you import it as a "competition" classed motorcycle for off road use.

If it's going to be a track bike you can import one from the US, they come up often on the WERA boards.
