I like the idea of the bug zapper in the front, looks solid and you can call yourself the exTERMINATOR with all the bugs you will be killing!!

Interesting mod. If there were a way for it to connect to a cold air intake, it might net out in extra power against the aerodynamic loss. Should deflect LIDAR if done correctly. Have a look at the HTA section 62 s(6) and (7) and decide whether you are taking on any compliance risk.
