Mustang Seat

I want to buy a new mustang seat for my '09 Yamaha Roadstar. Any suggestions on where to go to get a decent price? I believe the model number is 75216 from looking at their website.
I got to replace the original Yamaha seat, way too hard.

Just google "mustang 75216", a whole wackload of retailers come up. I doubt you'll find the best price in Canada. If you find stateside just make sure the shipper uses USPS and you're golden.

Heritage Cycle Works. Located in Brockville and excellent customer service. I bought my Mustang seat from... Ken if i remember correctly last year and it showed up in 3 days with free shipping. The US sites all said out of stock and could not give me a ETA. Ken had no stock either, but still managed to get it to my door in 3 days.

Mustang Studded wide touring on Mustangs site : $519.99 USD
Heritage Cycle Works - $509.99 CDN

You also may want to check out Ultimate Seats. It's a Toronto company and I have read a couple good reviews and no bad ones yet.

3 second on Google and I already found it for $100 less, stateside.

Thanks, I have been looking through the websites you both suggested(EBay, Amazon, Heritage, Mustang and Ultimate) and I think my best deal is EBay at around $490 CDN delivered to Oakville. Ultimate is cheaper but the seat design is different from Mustang and I like the back support Mustang will give me.
Someone I was talking to at Tim's said he got his identical Mustang seat for the same bike at around $350 but I am not coming close to that number.

For $19 I would support a Canadian vendor and not deal with potential cross boarder shipping hassles.

I too would support a local vendor for an extra $19. I prefer to keep my money in Canada.

But if the difference is 20%? I'll send my hard earned money south.

I agree, I just went back to the Heritage website and I see they do not charge shipping for orders over $350 and the price is $505, therefore only $15 more than the best delivered price on EBay (which only had sources for this seat in the USA.) Thank you again to both of you.

I will contact a couple of local shops to see if I can beat the $505 and if not order from Heritage.

I supply the foam for this manufacturer. He spares no expense and his prices are reasonable and he is local. I can assure you that the foam I supply is far higher in quality than what you will get with your Mustang Seat. Currently has a few options for the Roadstar too.

I am going to be talking to him in the winter to posibly redo my seat...

They are more expensive than Mustang, I looked at their website and there is no mention of where they are or if they have a showroom, do you know if they have a showroom close to Oakville? I would definetly want to see it before I considered ordering it. Thank you.

If you have anything shipped UPS you will get hit with duty and brokerage fees.$$$$$$$$$ Usps is the safer way to go.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. In the end I contacted the dealer (SnowCity) I bought the bike at earlier this year and actually got the lowest price I have seen (they gave me a discount). After all the research, I know I did well.

I see you have made a choice, hope you love the seat. To answer your question or for the next guy who wants a seat for a Roadstar. They are local and Zsolt is a great guy, you can find the phone number on the 'contact us' if you call him I am sure he can arrange something for you. If you don't like his seat, he will take it back as well.
