I have always been a car guy, also raced atv for a few years back in my late 20s ish.
My Dad was into big slow touring bikes aka Harley.
He picked up a chopper so I went and got my m1 and started riding it. Soon discovered I love to ride but my *** and back just didn’t want to go as far as my mind.
I bought my own bike a 2006 Road Glide and put 30,000 on it in 3 years. It would be a lot more but I can’t ride to work and I have a young family. So I get out when ever I can. Love the HD but it was just so bloody slow. Amongst the other reasons I listed before.
And to top it off the 2015 KTM 1190 Adventure is $200 a year cheaper to insure.
