I purchased a Fly Trekker helmet from Motorcycle Superstore. Loved the look and feel of it. On my first ride I realized the helmet had a very crappy visor. There was a lot of distortion and glare. By the time I got downtown from Milton my eyes hurt and I had a headache. I rode back home with it. When I got home I realized it had a nick on the shell. I contacted Motorcycle Superstore and explained to them that the visor problem only became apparent after I used the helmet. They told me to send it in. I got a full refund. I bet any local shop would have refused to refund me the money. Heck, I got a motorcycle cover at Royal Distributing after they told me the XL would fit my SMC with a top box, and they said sorry "final sale" when I tried returning it because the cover would't even go over my chain. I am ten times more willing to spend money at a store that stands behind their products.
