Showed up on my feed a couple of times. Would be nice to have someone like that here, given that cops don't really care about motorcycle thefts. Also, that's a lot of tape.

Trying to figure out the logistics of taping two adult men to a lamp post...

So they just stand against the post and allowed themselves to be taped?

Are they being held at gunpoint so they don't struggle or run? By who? The guy taping them?

Are they knocked out? Unconscious? How do you hold two unconscious grown men up against a lamp post to tape them in a standing position without them slumping to the ground?

So many questions.

Seems like at least a two-person job to pull this off?

I just hope it doesn't end bad for him if he's just a regular Joe (which I doubt it); sometimes organized crime is behind similar actions to create sympathy among locals.
