Hello GTA MC Community,

Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during this pandemic. I just wanted to make an announcement that I no longer work for Allstate Insurance, I now represent Billyard Insurance Group. Therefore, my old Allstate thread has been removed and replaced by this one.

Since I joined GTA MC as a member over 4 years ago, as the insurance forum sponsor I have assisted many of you in finding insurance for some of those hard to insure bikes at great prices. I want you to know that I will continue to offer that same level of service and commitment to the GTA riding community to make sure I do my best to find everyone here coverage for the best price possible. My contact number is the same and my level of service is the same, but now I will have more options available for those looking to shop around.

For motorcycles, you will have to click on "other" and enter in your information and the motorcycle you are looking for a quote on. This will go directly to my email and I will follow up with you asap to provide the price.

However, if you want a quote as well on home + auto, you can actually fill out your details and get a quote right away on the portal which is great.

This new system is a lot better and convenient to request quotes and get pricing.

New system doesn't work. Prompts for make of vehicle; dropdown menu only lists car brands. No bikes.
 
Hi!

Yes, you'd have to select "other" and manually type in the motorcycle. That email will automatically go to me and I can then follow up to get additional details.

Best way to get a quote would be to just give me a call directly at 647-209-0404.

Buying an insurance policy these days is not a difficult task, but finding an affordable policy that matches a personal need is a chore.
While checking this forum, I came across Matt Camacho from the Billyard Insurance Group - Ajax.
He was quick to respond, mindful of my requirement and was easy to work with.
Matt has made our total insurance costs less while providing better coverage.
The savings came from House and Auto premiums which were significantly less than what I was previously paying, though the premium for the motorcycle was more. In the end, it is the sum total that comes out from the bank is what matters!

dont bother with them if you own a supersports bike. i was told the bike value has to be upto $2500 to get insurance through them. what a closaal waste of time

My bike is at least $10k . They won’t insure me . How’s that reasonable? If your bike is $2600 , they won’t insurance . To me it’s their way of saying “ we don’t want to insure motorcycles “ but can’t say it legally .

Oh…the way you wrote it/I read it; they won’t insure anything below $2500 in value.
 
Hey everyone. We do insure motorcycles at any value. Doesn't have to be at least $2500 or $10,000. As long as the rider qualifies with the company, we can insure the motorcycle.

I agree, our online quoting portal isn't the best for recreational vehicles including motorcycles. So best way to get a quick response and to get a quote is to call me directly. If you get my voicemail I will call you back same business day.
