What is the best way to rid of fingerprints oily spots on mate black color like yamaha r3 '19 has?

Just use wet microfiber towels wipe it down.

Coming from a guy who never cleans motorcycles.

Alcohol dissolves oil pretty good, but it also might attack your paint.
As you are discovering, Matte is not a particularly serviceable paint finish for motorcycles.

I have a matte black bucket and if it gets really dirty I do this:

STEP 1: Microfiber cloth with dish soap and hot water, scrub the finger print
STEP 2: With a 2nd microfiber cloth soak in hot water with wipe the suds clean
STEP 3: Use a 3rd dry microfiber cloth to dry

If the prints are minor I remove step 1.

Harley dealers sell a matt black detailer that works well. I used it on my triumph matt black tank.
