I think the tribe in Madagascar is a little better at it. Better sand maybe.
None of them wear shoes, they use their bare feet to pack the sand casts.

You wouldn't want to leave your Toyota parked around there long or you might find it recycled and for sale in the gift shop :|
 
Looks like the North Indian / Pakistan area...crazy to think how forms of work have evolved over time..

Here I am sitting in a comfy air condition room on a leather chair and juggling emails lol.
Crazy thing is chances are people like him would most likely outlive the majority of us here in the West!
