M2 Exit Question

Hi there,

I have a general question about the M2 exit to get your full M. When the examiner asks you to move lanes, will he or she say move to the left and back tithe right or will you wait for further instructions? What happens if you want clarification about a question?

If he tells you move to the right you move and stay there, only until he tell you to move back you do. Basically just think you are a robot and you will be okay.

Does it really matter? If he says make a left lane change, do just that... if he says do a left lane change and then a right lane change, do it.

If you want clarification, you tap on your helmet, they will go through this before your test.

Mine told me to change lane when it's safe to do so, then change lane back when it's safe to do so. Their car stayed in the right lane when I was doing that (on the highway), so there was no traffic behind me. Same for the street, because you shouldn't be riding in the middle lane anyway.

Hi all,

Thanks for the advice. Did anyone do their M2 exit test in Guelph? What was your experience like? How long was your test?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Where do you live? It's retarded to go to Guelph if you live in Toronto, we have Downsview at Keele/Sheppard, if you fail there you don't deserve the licence anyways, just go there.

Maybe it wasn't about not being able to pass at Downsview, maybe the best available date for the OP was in Guelph??

I did mine a couple of weeks ago and I happen to ask him the same same question. The answer was; "...change only one line when safe, and move back only when safe". Don't forget, this test is all about safety.
