If I got my M1 last year and did my M1 exit at RTI...since i got my M1 last year does it count in the 60 days or it reset every year and I would have to wait the 60 days?

M1 is only valid for 90 days from the day you did the written test. you must bring the letter from RTI to MTO to upgrade to M2 within that 90 days period. If you fail to do so, then your M1 is expired.
