Looking to upgrade...looking for some input

I have been riding my ninja 250 for 2 years now and I'm looking to upgrade to a cbr f4i. I've seen 2 possible bikes i could see myself purchasing but just looking for fellow rider inputs.

I'm reading up on a cbr forum on what things i should be looking for, but just would like to know which one of these bikes would be a better buy??
 
Hard to tell what the condition of both bike is with those pictures but I would go with lower km, but I wouldn't buy it for that price IMO. If it's in the 3k range then perhaps.
 
If all things were equal, I'd go with the '02 with less kilometres. The BIG variables here are how the bikes were maintained in their 10+ years. So, no one can definitively say which is the better buy unless you absolutely know how these bikes were serviced throughout their lifetime.
 
Yeah I'd have to ask for service history and see if i can pay someone to do a good inspection. For the year of bike i think everyone over prices it and personally think they worth around $3000-$3500, am i off with my estimation??
 
i have an 03 r6 i'd let go for 3500,haven't put it up for sale yet,new tires,chain,sprockets,spark plugs last year,powder coated frame and wheels ,full hindle exhaust,pc3 pro tuned at z1cycletech,runs excellent,

The f4i's are great bikes but those two are a little overpriced in my humble opinion
