Looking to get my M1 ownership issue

Hey I have been looking to get my M1 for a while now, and I have recently purchased A dirt bike that I would like to make street legal, but when I did some more research into it, I found out I need ownership papers in order to license and insure it. I don't have these papers does anyone know if this is possible to acquire seeing as how I already bought the bike

You can't street title a dirtbike unless it came that way from the factory.
I totally don't understand the second half of your post.

if it is not already blue-plated, there is no way to get it on the road.
