Looking for US bike gear suggestions

I am heading down to Barbour Motorsports park next Friday for a CSB school and my race gloves are just not breaking in nicely and pinch my hand badly.
Don't have much time to shop locally this week...does anyone know of any places with a good selection of gloves that could be on my route to Alabama.
I will be driving down thru Buffalo and either going over Cleveland way or thru Pittsburgh
( depending on if a friend buys a Ducati there off eBay ) and then over to 75 and down thu Atlanta.
Not in a huge rush..taking the cage and stopping at an old friends in Atlanta before heading over to Barbour next Sunday.
They do rent gear at the school but I have a new suit for this reason and prefer to have my own gear.

Don't want to order online..that is how I have the current gloves that don't fit well:x

Mike.... stop off at any Dainese dealer on your way down and pick up a set of Full Metal Pro Racers.

They are lickably gorgeous! and have an excellent fit and feel. Don't ask my how I know. ;)

Riders Choice may still have a bunch on sale, stop by and see. Could end up saving you some $ even compared to cross-border shopping!

Like I said...might not have any time this week to drive down to the city...have to be in Buffalo early on Friday and then I have some time since I don't need to be at Barbour till Sunday.

When I visit the US (Fla), I usually make a stop at Cyclegear.

They have 96 locations and I'm sure there will be one near you on the way down........

BTW, may I ask what gloves you purchased that you weren't satisfied with?

Yeah thanks...I had come across them from the Dainese site and found 3 on route and the last one is 10 miles from Barbour.

I have a pair of Alpinestars SP-1 that I bought a while ago, but haven't worn. They feel ok at first but there is a seam that runs across the back of my thumb which becomes very irritating after about 20 mins. I have tried to stretch them but haven't had a chance to test yet.
Might not be the fault of the gloves I just seem to have hands that are difficult to fit properly and although I do wear a larger sized glove unfortunately I can say that the old wives tales about big hands are not always true:(
