Hi David,
Nice bikes but tricky to get good tires for them!
By 'good' I mean top-quality rubber, matched set, from a tier-one manufacturer.
Pretend for a moment you need both (front & rear) tires, a pair.
Then if you find that - I've been seeking for 1/2 hour so far - you can purchase only the front, and know that a matching rear is available.
Front is no probs for your bike. But your rear size is trouble!
Assuming you might want quality rubber in modern sizes, we must seek a matched pair even if you're asking about just the front.
Your mini-cruiser-size 130/90-15 rear is problematic in finding you a matched pair.
This size is not available from any tier-one brand-name manufacturer. (But I'm still looking for you, could take some time.)
It would be very easy for a shop to sell you any 100/90-18 front, a common size, and not worry about rear right now.
You're not asking for rear are you? So not their problem...
But to do it right, it would be nice to find a set, and then you can pick up just the front.
Hard to find small enough rear. If I find a rear only one size too big, you might go 100/90-18 front to better match it.
Otherwise the nice small 90/90-18 is a good front size to keep.

Back again. Tough gig!
Dunlop D404 (OEM) is an inexpensive tire, in sizes to fit your bike (100/90-18 and 130/90-15) and these are even H speed-rated.
Pirelli has MT66 'Route' tires to fit - but I believe they have raised white letters!
The very finest tires to fit would be Metzeler ME880. These are what I would buy.
100/90-18 56H (front) Parts Canada # 310128
140/80-B15 67H (rear) Parts Canada # 310135
So Metzeler (top quality, not inexpensive) or Dunlop D404 OEM (okay quality, inexpensive) are your two choices.
If you want to do it right.
