Locksmith to unlock the gas tank in the west end?

Long story short, I bought a gas tank with a locked cup. The cap needs to be unlocked to get it removed. Does anyone know the locksmith in the west end (Etobicoke) who can unlock it? I will obviously drive the tank to the locksmith. Thanks!!
 
if you are planning on buying a new cap, maybe you can remove the hex bolts around the whole lid, and remove the entire 'cap'

Most bikes that will not do anything, the cap needs to open to come off the tank. Some even have another bolt on the inside, so it has to be opened to be removed

Yup, that's the case with my bike. The cap has to be unlocked in order to be removed (of course, have to remove the hex bolts too). Somebody in the old threads recommended Bill's Lock Service beside airport. He said he can do it, will try him tomorrow.
 
Just wanted to highly recommend locksmith Bill (Bill's Locksmith Services). Answered the phone (a lot of locksmiths didn't even care to pick up??), told me when he is available, I came first thing in the morning, and Bill opened my tank in 5 minutes. Thank you!!!
