Locating schematics for a circuit board off my generator

OK folks,
I've got an old Polyquip generator Model PGX3400D.
There are a bunch of resisters that look burnt on the circuit board.
I can search for the replacement part online but I am unable to find the schematics for the board.

Can someone point me in the right direction to possibly find this?
The replacement board is worth more than the generator. If I can find the schematics then I can have the blow parts replaced.

Anyway, this is the part I am looking for:
SUBARU ROBIN 353-30067-08 AVR AY (120V/240V).

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks guys.

Are you replacing these resistors yourself? Are the old ones completely burned, or can you still see the colour bands on them?

Thanks guys. I've got a friend working on it and he's incredible with mechanical and electrical.
The circuit board was coated with something to protect it from the vibrations from the generator. He's been scratching the coating off to get down to the board but is unable to read certain components.

This is why we are stuck.
I appreciate the suggestions guys. Keep anything you've got coming.

Alcohol to remove the coating
Does that work??
I have a Onan 7500 quiet diesel that needs a couple parts on the ECM replaced... hopefully they are the discrete parts, not the IC chips ..
some "pro" already dug into the board, and buggered it ,,, now I am sort of looking at the challenge.. because the rest of the generator is great condition.. it is a nice generator... but it seems that board is unobtainium..

My neighbor has this PolyQuip PGX3400D generator as well and it appears that the avr is shot. Did you find a replacement part or schematics? I can replace parts if I get a schematic, or possibly create a new pcb if necessary.

How did you get the exact AVR designation (SUBARU ROBIN 353-30067-08 AVR AY (120V/240V)) ? I see nothing on the generator or a parts catalog to indicate these details.
