Leave your 2up behind?

Consider the scenario where she already trusts this person, especially if he's her neighbour. He could have just offered her a ride, and all the while she assumes him to be sober. He wouldn't have to be tripping on his toes in order to be drunk, and their interaction could have lasted 2 minutes before she hoped on. Helmet on his head, offers her a ride somewhere or just for kicks, and there we go.

Giving her the benefit of the doubt, is all. In any event, he's a gigantic a**hat.

you said exactly what i wanted to say. her friends commented her as a "smart, wonderful and fantasic girl", I don't doubt the latter two but if she's really smart, she would have known better. Her first mistake was mistrusting someone who's clearly an irresponsible ********* and her second one was hopping on the backseat knowing that the rider was under the influence of alcohol. Pure stupidity on both sides.

I wish her a speedy recovery and hope there won't be any permanent damages to her. and that bustard needs to be locked up for life.

Idk man. Im pretty good at spotting ******** among ppl and it doesnt take a lot to be honest. Such a big douche wouldnt always be nice during daily life i would assume. Also theres a difference btw being tipsy and being drunk. U May not necessarily know someones tipsy but if u cant spot drunk heads then its a bit hard to believe. Lol!!! Anyways wish all the best to the poor girl...

Yeah, that's fair. Frankly, I feel the same way about it. At the end of the day, I wouldn't have hopped on unless I certainly knew the person; in which case, this clown would have ridden solo.

Yep... I'm pretty dead set against my sister being on the back of her BFs ZX6R... It's his first bike and he's had it less than a season and he's in his early 20s... To me, it spells nothing but disaster and I don't want her there when it happens. Hopefully she listens a bit to the things I've tried to teach her, but I KNOW she gets on the back, despite him picking her up in his car, I know they go get his bike after.

I hopefully solved that problem with two of my daughters, both learned to ride off-road, then took the MSF Classes and both ride thier own bikes (My bikes) so no reason to even be on a bike with someone else.
